Framework Convention on Tobacco Control		Secondhand smoke
The Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (FCTC) is the world’s first health treaty, developed by the World Health Organization and adopted in May 2003.		A range of information and research on the health effects and exposure to secondhand smoke, including research in to the 2003 ban on smoking in enclosed workplaces.
